4 salmon fillets
1 1/2 tablespoons Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 brown sugar
lemon wedges, to serve
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
Coat the salmon fillets with the Paprika, Thyme and sugar.
Place on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Delicious served with roasted vegetables and lemon wedges.
