These delicately flavoured Lamb Koftas are great served with mango raita, pitta breads and cucumber salsa.
Ingredients
450 gram (1 pound) minced lamb
1 small red onion, finely diced
Juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoon Lamb Seasoning
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place the minced lamb, red onion, lemon juice and Lamb Seasoning in a large bowl and blend together with your hands.
- 2 Form the mixture into kofta shapes around wooden skewers.
- 3 Cook under a pre-heated medium grill for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
- 4 Serve with mango raita, pitta breads and cucumber salsa.
