These delicately flavoured Lamb Koftas are great served with mango raita, pitta breads and cucumber salsa.
Place the minced lamb, red onion, lemon juice and Perfect Shake Lamb Special Blend in a large bowl and blend together with your hands.
Form the mixture into kofta shapes around wooden skewers.
Cook under a pre-heated medium grill for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
Serve with mango raita, pitta breads and cucumber salsa.
