This rich Moroccan Lamb Casserole is flavoured with deliciously sweet, mild and aromatic spices as well as honey and apricots and makes a delicious favourite for all the family.
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
Heat the oil and fry the onion for 3-4 minutes, until softened. Add the lamb and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Transfer to a casserole dish. Blend the packet contents with the water and add to the dish wth the remaining ingredients.
Stir thoroughly, cover and cook for 1¼ hours, or until the meat is tender.
Delicious served with potatoes or couscous and your favourite green vegetables.
