Paprika Grilled Pork

Tender BBQ pork with a paprika, orange, and herb coating, served with grilled vegetables and fresh rocket.

  • Mix together the Paprika, orange zest, Herbes de Provence, Salt and Pepper with 2 tbs of the oil (reserving one for the tomatoes and shallots) to make a paste. Add the pork steaks and mix so they get an even coating.

  • On a pre-heated BBQ, grill the pork steaks for 8-10 minutes on one side, then turn and cook for a further 8 minutes or until cooked through. While the pork is cooking, grill the tomatoes and shallots on the BBQ or plancha using the reserve oil to cook them.

  • To serve, slice the pork, and top with the rocket leaves, tomatoes, shallots and orange segments.
