Tender BBQ pork with a paprika, orange, and herb coating, served with grilled vegetables and fresh rocket.
Mix together the Paprika, orange zest, Herbes de Provence, Salt and Pepper with 2 tbs of the oil (reserving one for the tomatoes and shallots) to make a paste. Add the pork steaks and mix so they get an even coating.
On a pre-heated BBQ, grill the pork steaks for 8-10 minutes on one side, then turn and cook for a further 8 minutes or until cooked through. While the pork is cooking, grill the tomatoes and shallots on the BBQ or plancha using the reserve oil to cook them.
To serve, slice the pork, and top with the rocket leaves, tomatoes, shallots and orange segments.
