Pork & Pineapple Stir Fry

2 tablespoons Chinese 5 Spice

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Granules

2 tablespoons cornflour

350 gram (12 ounce) pork fillet, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons oil

350 gram (12 ounce) thinly sliced mixed vegetables (eg carrots, courgettes, baby sweetcorn)

200 gram (7 ounce) tin pineapple chunks (reserve juice)

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoons soft brown sugar

Instructions
- 1 Mix the Perfect Shake Chinese 5 Spice Special Blend and Garlic Granules with the cornflour. Place in a large plastic bag with the pork and shake until evenly coated.
- 2 Heat the oil in a large pan or wok and stir fry the pork for 1-2 minutes. Add the vegetables and stir fry for another 2 minutes. Add the pineapple, pineapple juice, white wine vinegar, soy sauce and soft brown sugar and cook until thickened. Serve with noodles.
