Stir fried pork with pineapple and flavoured with Chinese 5 Spice Herb and Spice Blend.
Heat 2 tbs of the oil in a frying pan and stir fry the pork for 6-8 minutes.
Remove from the pan. Add the remaining oil to the pan and stir fry the onion and green pepper for 2 minutes. Return the pork to the pan. Reduce the heat and stir in the Perfect Shake Chinese 5 Spice Herb & Spice Blend, Ginger, soy sauce, sherry and vinegar.
Add the pineapple chunks and make the juice up to 300 ml (½ pint) with water. Add to the pan along with the water chestnuts.
Stir in the blended cornflour and water. Bring to the boil, stirring and serve accompanied with boiled rice.
