Stir Fried Pork with Pineapple

450 gram (1 pound) lean pork, cut into thin strips

4 tablespoons oil

1 large onion, coarsely chopped

1 green pepper, diced

2 tablespoons Chinese 5 Spice

¼ teaspoon Ground Ginger

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoons sherry

1 tablespoons red wine vinegar

200 gram (7 ounce) tin pineapple chunks, with juice reserved

200 gram (7 ounce) tin water chestnuts, drained and sliced

2 tablespoons cornflour and 2 tbs cold water, blended together

Instructions
- 1 Heat 2 tbs of the oil in a frying pan and stir fry the pork for 6-8 minutes.
- 2 Remove from the pan. Add the remaining oil to the pan and stir fry the onion and green pepper for 2 minutes. Return the pork to the pan. Reduce the heat and stir in the Perfect Shake Chinese 5 Spice Herb & Spice Blend, Ginger, soy sauce, sherry and vinegar.
- 3 Add the pineapple chunks and make the juice up to 300 ml (½ pint) with water. Add to the pan along with the water chestnuts.
- 4 Stir in the blended cornflour and water. Bring to the boil, stirring and serve accompanied with boiled rice.
