Plump sausages served with a spicy jalapeno pepper dip.
Place the sausages in a large non-stick frying pan and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Add the onions to the pan and continue to cook for a further 10 minutes.
Make the dip: Heat the oil and cook the Chilli and Parsley for one minute over a low heat. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered. Remove the pan from the heat and cool, place the tomato mixture in a blender with the cream cheese and whiz until smooth.
Serve the sausages and onions with the dip.
