Sausage Goulash with Smoked Paprika

  • Heat 1 tbs oil and fry sausages until browned, drain fat, remove and set aside.

  • Heat remaining oil and fry onions in a pan and cook over a high heat for 5 minutes, stirring.

  • Return sausages to the pan, add remaining ingredients and bring to the boil, stirring. Cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
