Avocado Crema

Whip up a cool, tangy Avocado Crema to accompany our Puebla Hot Pot Broth. It also makes a tasty topping for grilled meats, tacos and nachos, too.
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped

  • 200 millilitres (7 fluid ounce) soured cream

  • 1/2 lime, juiced

  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Granules

  1. Serve Avocado Crema with Puebla Hot Pot Broth with Avocado Crema.  Or, use as a topping for grilled meats, tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, burritos or nachos.  



  • 1 Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Process on high speed until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and cover.
  • 2 Refrigerate until ready to serve.
