This tasty starter will transport you to sunnier Italian climbs from the very first bite. Creamy butter beans are a fantastic addition to this bruschetta, as they draw up tonnes of flavour from the herby tomato mixture. Simply toss them together with juicy tomatoes, fragrant Schwartz Oregano, zesty lemon and a touch of olive oil for a wonderfully refreshing topping. For truly authentic bruschetta, try the traditional method of rubbing a whole garlic clove onto the thick slices of crusty bread, as it adds a subtle tang to the toasts without overpowering the rest of the dish. Finish with an extra sprinkling of oregano and buon apetito!
