Cauliflower and Broccoli Cheese
175 gram (6 ounce) cauliflower, cut into florets
1 sachet Cheddar Cheese Sauce
300 millilitre (½ pint) semi-skimmed milk
25 gram (1 ounce) butter (optional)
175 gram (6 ounce) broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 Place the broccoli and cauliflower in a steamer and steam for 5-6 minutes, until tender but still al dente.
- 2 Meanwhile, blend the packet contents with the milk and bring to the boil, stirring. Add the butter if using, and leave to simmer for 1 minute.
- 3 Place the steamed broccoli and cauliflower in a large serving dish and pour over the Cheddar Cheese Sauce.
