Delicious fluffy mashed potatoes flavoured with cheese, Chives and Parsley.
Ingredients
  • 900 gram (2 pound) potatoes, peeled and chopped

  • 25 gram (1 ounce) butter

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) Red Leicester cheese, grated

  • 4 tablespoons milk

  • 1 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley

  • 2 teaspoon Chives

  • Schwartz Sea Salt & Black Pepper to season

Instructions

  • 1 Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water for 15-20 minutes. Drain.
  • 2 Add the remaining ingredients and mash until soft and fluffy. Season to taste and serve.
