900 gram (2 pound) potatoes, peeled and chopped

25 gram (1 ounce) butter

100 gram (4 ounce) Red Leicester cheese, grated

4 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley

2 teaspoon Chives

Schwartz Sea Salt & Black Pepper to season

Instructions
- 1 Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water for 15-20 minutes. Drain.
- 2 Add the remaining ingredients and mash until soft and fluffy. Season to taste and serve.
