Delicious fluffy mashed potatoes flavoured with cheese, Chives and Parsley.
900 gram (2 pound) potatoes, peeled and chopped
25 gram (1 ounce) butter
100 gram (4 ounce) Red Leicester cheese, grated
4 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley
2 teaspoon Chives
Schwartz Sea Salt & Black Pepper to season
Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water for 15-20 minutes. Drain.
Add the remaining ingredients and mash until soft and fluffy. Season to taste and serve.
