Delicious fluffy mashed potatoes flavoured with cheese, Chives and Parsley.
900 g (2 lb) potatoes, peeled and chopped
25 g (1 oz) butter
100 g (4 oz) Red Leicester cheese, grated
4 tbs milk
1 tbs Parsley Flat Leaf
2 tsp Chives
Schwartz Sea Salt & Black Pepper to season
Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water for 15-20 minutes. Drain.
Add the remaining ingredients and mash until soft and fluffy. Season to taste and serve.
