Cauliflower and Cheese Mash

25 gram (1 ounce) butter

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 small cauliflower, cut into florets

175 gram (6 ounce) potatoes, peeled and diced

100 gram (4 ounce) red Leicester cheese, grated

4 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoons Garlic Cooking Paste

1 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley

Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season

Instructions
- 1 Melt the butter in a saucepan and gently fry the onion for a couple of minutes to soften.
- 2 Add the cauliflower and potatoes and enough water to cover them both. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until tender.
- 3 Drain and stir in the Cheese, milk Garlic and Parsley. Mash well and season to taste.
