Deliciously seasoned pork chops, grilled to perfection and served with baby carrots, Parsley mash and rich Pork and Sage Gravy.
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Pork Seasoning

  • 4 x 175 gram (6 ounce) pork chops

  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 450 gram (1 pound) mashed potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley

  • Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season

  • 1 apple, peeled and sliced into 12 pieces

  • 1 sachet Pork Seasoning

  • 450 gram (1 pound) baby carrots. peeled

Instructions

  • 1 Pre-heat the grill to a medium setting. Sprinkle the Pork Herb & Spice Blend over the pork chops and then brush with the oil.
  • 2 Grill the chops for 10 minutes, turning once.
  • 3 Arrange 3 apple slices over each chop and grill for a further 10 minutes.
  • 4 Meanwhile, prepare the gravy and leave to simmer. Boil the carrots and stir the Parsley into the potatoes. Season and serve.
