2 little gem lettuce, shredded

175 gram (6 ounce) sugar snap peas, sliced

1 bunch spring onions, sliced

100 gram (4 ounce) bean sprouts

2 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce

juice of 1 lime

¼ teaspoon Ground Ginger

¼ teaspoon Garlic Granules

½ teaspoon Coriander Leaf

¼ teaspoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
- 1 Place all the salad ingredients in a large serving bowl.
- 2 Combine the oil, sweet chilli sauce, juice of lime, Ground Ginger, Ground Garlic, Coriander Leaf and Coarse Ground Pepper and drizzle over the salad ingredients.
