Deliciously flavoured mashed potatoes with a hint of Garlic & Herb, making an ideal topping for your favourite Shepherd's Pie base.
Ingredients
  • 675 gram (1½ pounds) potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 25 gram (1 ounce) butter

  • 100 millilitre (3½ fluid ounce) semi-skimmed milk

  • 3 tablespoons Garlic Italian Seasoning

  1. Timings are based on preparing and cooking the mash topping only.

Instructions

  • 1 STEP 1: Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6. Cook the potatoes in boiling, unsalted water for 15 20 minutes. Drain.
  • 2 STEP 2: Add the butter, milk and Schwartz Perfect Shake Garlic & Italian Herb & Spice Blend and mash until smooth. Top your cooked Shepherd’s Pie mixture and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until browned.
