  • 3 tomatoes, quartered

  • 75 gram (3 ounce) cucumber, diced

  • 10 pitted olives, halved

  • 175 gram (6 ounce) feta cheese, cubed

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Oregano

  • 1 tablespoon Mint Herb

  • ¼ tablespoon Sea Salt

  • Black Peppercorns

Instructions

  • 1 STEP 1: Mix together the tomatoes, cucumber, olives and feta cheese in a large salad bowl
  • 2 STEP 2: Combine the olive oil with the red wine vinegar, Oregano, Mint and Salt, mix well and pour over the salad. Grind over the Black Pepper to taste.
  • 3 STEP 3: Serve immediately.
  • 4 STEP 4: Delicious served with grilled tuna steak and garlic bread for a main meal
