Salad with black olives, red pepper and mint.
STEP 1: Mix together the tomatoes, cucumber, olives and feta cheese in a large salad bowl
STEP 2: Combine the olive oil with the red wine vinegar, Oregano, Mint and Salt, mix well and pour over the salad. Grind over the Black Pepper to taste.
STEP 3: Serve immediately.
STEP 4: Delicious served with grilled tuna steak and garlic bread for a main meal
