Salad Tricolore

225 gram (8 ounce) cherry tomatoes, halved

125 gram (5 ounce) mozzarella, sliced

50 gram (2 ounce) rocket leaves

½ red onion, thinly sliced

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon Dried Basil

Ground White Pepper , to season

Schwartz Sea Salt to season

Instructions
- 1 Arrange the rocket leaves in a serving dish and place the mozzarella, tomatoes and onion on top.
- 2 Thoroughly mix together the olive oil, vinegar, Basil and Pepper. Drizzle over the salad and serve immediately with garlic bread.
