Add extra flavour and flare to your Christmas side dish menu with this traditional brussel sprouts recipe. Simply add thyme, smoked bacon and balsamic vinegar to make your brussels truly irresistible.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the bacon over a medium-heat, until just starting to brown.
Add the brussels and Thyme and sauté for 5 minutes.
Pour in the balsamic vinegar and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until the brussels are cooked through.
Season with Black Pepper and serve.
