Sauteed Brussels with Balsamic & Thyme

1 tablespoons olive oil

100 gram (4 ounce) smoked bacon, sliced

450 gram (1 pound) prepared brussel sprouts, halved or sliced

2 teaspoon Dried Thyme

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Schwartz Black Pepper to season

Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil in the pan and fry the bacon over a medium-heat, until just starting to brown.
- 2 Add the brussels and Thyme and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 3 Pour in the balsamic vinegar and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until the brussels are cooked through.
- 4 Season with Black Pepper and serve.
