Add the flavour of Thyme, smoked bacon and balsamic vinegar to make your brussel sprouts irresistible.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the bacon over a medium-heat, until just starting to brown.
Add the brussels and Thyme and sauté for 5 minutes.
Pour in the balsamic vinegar and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until the brussels are cooked through.
Season with Black Pepper and serve.
