  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) smoked bacon, sliced

  • 450 gram (1 pound) prepared brussel sprouts, halved or sliced

  • 2 teaspoon Dried Thyme

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • Schwartz Black Pepper to season

Instructions

  • 1 Heat the oil in the pan and fry the bacon over a medium-heat, until just starting to brown.
  • 2 Add the brussels and Thyme and saut√© for 5 minutes.
  • 3 Pour in the balsamic vinegar and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until the brussels are cooked through.
  • 4 Season with Black Pepper and serve.
