Delicious potato wedges with a crunchy Cajun-style coating including red bell peppers, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander Seed, Allspice, Cumin, Mustard Seeds, Chillies, Thyme and Oregano.
Pre-heat a large baking tray in the oven at 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
Cut the dry potatoes into wedges, place into a bowl and coat with the oil. Sprinkle over the sachet contents and toss until coated.
Spread the potatoes onto the pre-heated baking tray and cook for 45 minutes or until crispy and cooked through, turning once half-way through. Great served with soured cream and chives.
