Spicy Cajun Wedges
4 medium potatoes (approx 675g (1½lb)), unpeeled
2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Pre-heat a large baking tray in the oven at 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
- 2 Cut the dry potatoes into wedges, place into a bowl and coat with the oil. Sprinkle over the sachet contents and toss until coated.
- 3 Spread the potatoes onto the pre-heated baking tray and cook for 45 minutes or until crispy and cooked through, turning once half-way through. Great served with soured cream and chives.
