- 2 tbs soy sauce

1) Preheat the oven to 190°C, 325°F, Gas Mark 5.
Sprinkle the seasoning onto a plate, roll the tenderloin through to coat evenly.
2) Place onto a shallow roasting tray and cook for 35-40 mins, or until cooked through.
Allow pork to rest for 10 mins before slicing against the grain.
3) Make a Chinese style glaze by combining soy sauce and honey with the lime juice.
Pour over the pork 5 mins before the end of cooking. Drizzle pork with the pan juices before serving.
