A warming and aromatic seasoning with citrus, soy and ginger, perfect for roasting pork or chicken.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Just Add:
- 500g pork tenderloin, trimmed ­
- 2 tbs soy sauce
­- 2 tbs honey
­- 1 tbs lime juice

Try Something Different:
Serve with rice and steamed greens.
Also great rubbed over chicken before roasting.

Easy As1, 2, 3...
1 Pre­heat the oven to 1900°C, 325°F, Gas Mark 5.
Sprinkle the seasoning onto a plate, roll the tenderloin through to coat evenly.
2 Place onto a shallow roasting tray and cook for 35­40 mins, or until cooked through.
Allow pork to rest for 10 mins before slicing against the grain.
3 Make a Chinese style glaze by combining soy sauce and honey with the lime juice.
Pour over the pork 5 mins before the end of cooking. Drizzle pork with the pan juices before serving.
