Korean BBQ seasoned steak with spicy teriyaki style noodles.
Mix 1 tbs of the oil with the Korean Street Food Seasoning in a medium bowl, add the steak and coat in the seasoning.
Heat a griddle or frying pan to a medium-high heat and cook the steak for around 4 minutes on each side or until done to your liking, then allow to rest.
Meanwhile, combine the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, mirin, cornflour and the remaining Korean Street Food Seasoning. Heat remaining oil in a wok. Add in the broccoli, mushroom, red pepper and stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until just tender.
Add the soy sauce mixture and the noodles to the wok and mix until coated and the sauce thickened. Divide the noodles between two plates, then slice the steak and serve on top.
