Mozzarella & Tomato Salad
Sweet, ripe beef tomatoes layered with creamy mozzarella, mixed with extra-virgin olive oil, crushed Fennel Seed, Basil and crushed Chillies - a great starter or light lunch, served with fresh crusty bread.
- 1 Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella on a large serving plate.
- 2 Mix the olive oil, crushed Fennel Seed, Basil, Chillies and a squeeze of lemon in a small bowl. Drizzle over the tomatoes and mozzarella and season to taste.
