Heat oil and fry chicken and onion, over a high heat, for 6-7 minutes, or until chicken is browned.
Stir in peppers, sachet contents and tomato purée and fry for a further 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Wrap in gluten free tortillas. Serve with sour cream, salsa, guacamole and grated cheese.
Also delicious with pork, steak or prawns. Delicious served on a bed of corn tortilla chips, topped with grated cheese and grilled.
