Gluten Free Chicken Fajitas

  • 1 sachet Gluten Free Chicken Fajitas

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 450 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 red pepper, sliced

  • 1 green pepper, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon tomato purée

  • 1 packet gluten free tortillas

Cooking tip
  1. Also delicious with pork, steak or prawns. Delicious served on a bed of corn tortilla chips, topped with grated cheese and grilled.


  • 1 Heat oil and fry chicken and onion, over a high heat, for 6-7 minutes, or until chicken is browned.
  • 2 Stir in peppers, sachet contents and tomato purée and fry for a further 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 Wrap in gluten free tortillas. Serve with sour cream, salsa, guacamole and grated cheese.
