Soak the oats in water for 10 minutes or ideally overnight.
Once soaked, add the oat milk and Cinnamon and continually stir until the mixture starts to thicken.
Serve with the berries, chopped nuts and drizzle with the honey. Sprinkle with more Cinnamon, if desired.
