Diced pork loin steaks marinated in an aromatic blend of herbs and spices with garlic, oregano, basil and marjoram, then cooked on a hot barbecue. Delicious combined with onions and apples.
Place the pork, apple and onion in a large bowl. Blend the oil and lemon juice (or water) with the packet contents and pour over the pork. Toss to coat evenly.
Thread onto skewers and cook on a barbecue or under a pre-heated grill for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through. Ensure the pork is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
Delicious served with potato wedges and salad.
