Italian Cheesy Chicken & Garlic Pasta

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 450 grams skinless, boneless chicken breasts, diced

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 red pepper, diced

  • 600 millilitres water

  • 400 grams tin chopped tomatoes

  • 225 grams Penne pasta

  • 50 grams cream cheese or grated Cheddar

  • One Pan Italian Cheesy Chicken and Garlic Pasta

Instructions

  • 1 Heat oil, fry chicken and onion, until golden brown. Stir in pepper and cook for a further few mins.
  • 2 Stir in seasoning, water and tomatoes and bring to the boil.
  • 3 Add pasta, cover and simmer for 15 mins, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through. Stir through the cheese and serve.
