Italian Cheesy Chicken & Garlic Pasta

450 grams skinless, boneless chicken breasts, diced

1 onion, diced

1 red pepper, diced

600 millilitres water

400 grams tin chopped tomatoes

225 grams Penne pasta

50 grams cream cheese or grated Cheddar

One Pan Italian Cheesy Chicken and Garlic Pasta
Instructions
- 1 Heat oil, fry chicken and onion, until golden brown. Stir in pepper and cook for a further few mins.
- 2 Stir in seasoning, water and tomatoes and bring to the boil.
- 3 Add pasta, cover and simmer for 15 mins, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through. Stir through the cheese and serve.
