Ingredients
  • 1 Tin (397 grams) condensed milk

  • 300 grams (10.5 ounces) milk chocolate, chopped

  • 200 grams (7 ounces) dark chocolate, chopped

  • 1/2 tablespoon Ground Ginger

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Ground

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Drizzle with melted chocolate to serve or top with whole toasted hazelnuts.

Instructions

  • 1 Place all ingredients into the slow cooker. Place the slow cooker on a ‘LOW’ setting and leave the lid off. Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Stirring every 15 minutes.
  • 2 Pour the mixture in to a lined tin and allow to cool in the fridge for 3 hours.
  • 3 Once set, remove from the fridge, and cut into 16 squares to serve.
