  • 200 gram (7 ounce) tin sweetened condensed milk

  • 225 gram (8 ounce) icing sugar

  • 175 gram (6 ounce) desiccated coconut

  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon Ground

  • 1 Place condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Sieve icing sugar and stir into the milk. Add coconut and mix well.
  • 2 Divide paste into two halves. Press one half into a small baking tin lined with greaseproof paper and greased well with butter.
  • 3 Add Cinnamon to remaining mixture and knead until thoroughly combined. Press on top of the unspiced layer.
  • 4 Place in refrigerator to set completely before cutting into squares and placing in sweet cases.
