Coconut Cinnamon Squares
Place condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Sieve icing sugar and stir into the milk. Add coconut and mix well.
Divide paste into two halves. Press one half into a small baking tin lined with greaseproof paper and greased well with butter.
Add Cinnamon to remaining mixture and knead until thoroughly combined. Press on top of the unspiced layer.
Place in refrigerator to set completely before cutting into squares and placing in sweet cases.
