100 gram (4 ounce) butter, softened
1 tablespoons Garlic Cooking Paste

- 2 Re-shape the bread, wrap in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- 3 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
- 4 Slice the bread diagonally at approximately 2cm (¾ in) intervals.
