Delicious sirloin steaks pan-fied with Mixed Peppercorns with Spice and served with chunky chips, garlic flavoured baby onions and a delicious cream sauce.
Ingredients
  • 300 millilitre (½ pint) single cream

  • Schwartz Sea Salt to season

  • 25 gram (1 ounce) butter

  • 225 gram (8 ounce) baby onions, halved

  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Grinder

  • 1 tablespoons Mixed Peppercorns with Spices

  • 4 sirloin steaks

  • 1 tablespoons brandy

Instructions

  • 1 Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the onions and Garlic for 3-4 minutes until softened. Remove from the pan.
  • 2 Press the Mixed Peppercorns with Spice onto the steaks and fry in the pan according to taste. Transfer to a serving plate with the onions.
  • 3 Add the brandy to the pan and pour in the cream. Bring to the boil, stirring. Season with salt to taste and serve with chips and peas.
