Grilled Buffalo Wings with Blue Cheese Drizzle
A sharing platter of hot and spicy grilled wings with a nacho crumb and a blue cheese dressing.

1 sachet Spicy Buffalo Wings

2 tablespoons water

50 grams (2 ounces) blue cheese

75 grams (3 ounces) mayonnaise

75 grams (3 ounces) natural yogurt

1 teaspoon Chives

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper

900 grams (2 bags) chicken wings

15 grams (1/2 ounce) nachos, crushed

200 grams (7 ounces) celery, washed cut into batons

Instructions
- 1 Pre–heat the BBQ, or if using an oven, pre-heat to 200°C, 400°F Gas Mark 6.
- 2 To make the blue cheese dressing, crumble the blue cheese and mix with the mayonnaise, yogurt, and Chives and season with Salt and Pepper.
- 3 Grill or bake the chicken wings for 30-40 minutes, until they are cooked through and the meat leaves the bone easily.
- 4 In a large bowl mix the Buffalo Wings sachet contents with 2 tbs of water. Place the cooked chicken wings into the marinade and mix so they are evenly coated.
- 5 Place the chicken wings on a plate, and top with the crushed nachos. Dress with the celery pieces and drizzle with the blue cheese.
