This Japanese Ramen noodle soup recipe is perfect if you’re looking to eat something quick and light, but still deliciously tasty. An inspired noodle soup with ginger, garlic & soy sauce combines perfectly with our Japanese Ramen street food seasoning for a unique and powerful flavour that we’re sure you’ll love!

  • 1 sachet Japanese Seasoning

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 175 grams (6 ounces) stir-fry vegetables

  • 600 millilitres (1 pint) boiling water

  • 2 nests wheat noodles, cooked

  • 2 spring onions, chopped

  • 1 egg, soft boiled

  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

  • Sesame Seed , to garnish


  • 1 Pan-fry 2 chicken breasts for 5 mins on each side in the oil, until golden and cooked through, remove from the pan and slice. Add the stir fry veg to the pan and cook through for a couple of mins.
  • 2 Stir the seasoning into the hot water, divide the noodles and vegetables between 2 bowls and pour over the ramen stock. Top with the sliced chicken, spring onions and half an egg.
  • 3 Finish with the soy sauce and Schwartz Sesame Seeds and enjoy this delicious Japanese ramen recipe.
