Tuna Filo Parcels
Pre-heat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.
Combine the tuna, mayonnaise, red pepper, celery, Lemon Pepper and Chives in a mixing bowl.
Cut each sheet of filo pastry in half to form two squares. Brush one square with melted butter and place the second on top to form a star shape. Place approximately 1 tbs tuna mixture in the centre of the pastry, lift the pastry up around the filling and pinch together on the top. Repeat using the remaining pastry and tuna mixture.
Brush the "parcels" with beaten egg and sprinkle with Sesame Seeds. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
