Kids Pasta Salad

225 gram (8 ounce) pasta shapes

2 chicken breasts, cooked and cooled

¼ cucumber, diced

125 gram (5 ounce) cherry tomatoes, halved

125 gram (5 ounce) sweetcorn (defrosted if frozen)

4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoons Reduced Salt Season-All

Instructions
- 1 Cook the pasta in boiling water, according to the packet instructions.
- 2 Meanwhile, slice the cooked chicken breasts and place in a bowl. Add the cucumber, cherry tomatoes and sweetcorn.
- 3 To make the dressing combine the olive oil with the lemon juice and Perfect Shake Reduced Salt Season Herb & Spice Blend.
- 4 Drain the cooked pasta and rinse under cold water to cool. Add to the bowl and pour over the dressing.
- 5 Toss gently to combine the ingredients.
