  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Cooking Paste

  • 450 gram (1 pound) cooked small potatoes, sliced

  • 225 gram (8 ounce) back bacon, grilled and chopped

  • 225 gram (8 ounce) melting cheese, chopped

  • 2 teaspoon Flat Leaf Parsley

  • 1 packet Garlic Mushroom 38 Cream Sauce

  • 25 gram butter

  • 400 millilitre (13 fluid ounce) milk

Instructions

  • 1 Pre heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
  • 2 In a large bowl, carefully mix together all of the ingredients except the sauce mix, milk and butter.
  • 3 Make up the sauce mix according to the packet instructions, adding the extra milk to thin the sauce. Pour over the mixture. Stir the mixture carefully and spoon into the dish.
  • 4 Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for a further 10 minutes. Serve with crusty bread and a green salad if you wish.
