Thin pork steak with a delicious lemon breadcrumb coating.
Combine the flour with the Lemon Pepper on a plate. Take one of the pork loin steaks and lightly coat in the flour, then dip in the egg before evenly coating in the breadcrumbs. Repeat with the remaining steaks.
Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat, fry the steaks in the oil for 4-5 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the meat) until the meat is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden.
Serve with lemon wedges.
Don’t overcrowd the pan when cooking. If needed cook 2 steaks at a time and keep warm in a low oven while cooking the second batch.
