Pork Schnitzel

Thin pork steak with a delicious lemon breadcrumb coating.

  • Combine the flour with the Lemon Pepper on a plate. Take one of the pork loin steaks and lightly coat in the flour, then dip in the egg before evenly coating in the breadcrumbs. Repeat with the remaining steaks.

  • Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat, fry the steaks in the oil for 4-5 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the meat) until the meat is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden.

  • Serve with lemon wedges.

Cooking tip

Don’t overcrowd the pan when cooking. If needed cook 2 steaks at a time and keep warm in a low oven while cooking the second batch.
