Spicy Glazed Pork Kebabs
1 sachet Grill Mates Glaze Spicy BBQ
450 gram (1 pound) lean pork shoulder, diced
1 onion, cut into wedges
½ courgette, sliced thickly
1 tomato, sliced
- 1 Pour BBQ Glaze into a small bowl and set aside.
- 2 Thread the pork and vegetables onto large metal skewers, then cook over a medium heat BBQ until cooked through.
- 3 Brush the kebabs with the BBQ Glaze for the last 3-4 minutes of cooking turning occasionaly.
- 4 Serve with BBQ corn on the cob.
