Piri Piri Hummus
Bring the flavour with this deliciously spicy Piri Piri Hummus!
- 1 Drain the chickpeas, reserving 2 tbs of the chickpea water (aquafaba). Place the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, ½ of the Schwartz Piri Piri seasoning and 2 tbs of extra virgin olive oil into a food processor. Blend until you reach your desired hummus consistency.
- 2 To serve, drizzle with the remaining oil and sprinkle with Schwartz Piri Piri Seasoning. Serve with a selection of your favourite breads, crackers or crudites.
