Roast It Chinese 5 Spice
500 grams pork tenderloin, trimmed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 sachet Schwartz Roast It Chinese 5 Spice
- 1 Preheat the oven to 1900°C, 325°F, Gas Mark 5. Sprinkle the seasoning onto a plate, roll the tenderloin through to coat evenly.
- 2 Place onto a shallow roasting tray and cook for 3540 mins, or until cooked through. Allow pork to rest for 10 mins before slicing against the grain.
- 3 Make a Chinese style glaze by combining soy sauce and honey with the lime juice. Pour over the pork 5 mins before the end of cooking. Drizzle pork with the pan juices before serving.
