Spiced Moroccan Chickpea Wrap

Vegetable and chickpea with aromatic Moroccan spices served in wraps with creamy hummus.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
Preparation
  • Heat oil in pan and fry onion, peppers and courgette for 4-5 minutes.

  • Add chickpeas and tomato purée. Heat through for a further 2 minutes.

  • Combine the sachet contents with the water and add to the pan, allow to sizzle for a further 1-2 minutes.

  • Serve in warm wraps or flatbreads

  • Load your wraps with extra flavour… Great served with grilled Halloumi Cheese, Greek yoghurt or hummous with a squeeze of lemon.
