Vegetable and chickpea with aromatic Moroccan spices served in wraps with creamy hummus.
Heat oil in pan and fry onion, peppers and courgette for 4-5 minutes.
Add chickpeas and tomato purée. Heat through for a further 2 minutes.
Combine the sachet contents with the water and add to the pan, allow to sizzle for a further 1-2 minutes.
Serve in warm wraps or flatbreads
Load your wraps with extra flavour… Great served with grilled Halloumi Cheese, Greek yoghurt or hummous with a squeeze of lemon.
